Local Business Factory runs the front of a local service business, from Fort Collins, Colorado, for owners across the Front Range: we answer the phone (Riley, an AI that answers as the business), book the job, and run the website, Google profile and ads in the owner's name, and every month we sit down with the owner over what the marketing money became. Q: What does it cost?
A: We tell you the price on the first call. Month to month. One monthly price, once Travis knows what you need. Your ad spend stays in your own ad account.

Q: Do I keep my phone number?
A: Yes. Your business number forwards to Riley when you can’t pick up, and you can switch the forwarding off any time. Nothing to port.

Q: Who owns the website and the accounts?
A: You do: the website, the domain, the Google profile, the ad account and your phone number. If you leave, it all stays with you.

Q: Do I have to replace what I have?
A: No. We start by looking at what works. A good website, calendar or provider can stay, and we agree what changes before anything does.

Q: Do you promise rankings or a number of leads?
A: No. Nobody honest can. We promise the work: the answered phone, the site, the follow-up, the profile and the ads we agree on. Then we show you what came in.

Q: Where do you work?
