Never Miss a Customer · For when the phone rings while you’re on a job

“It comes in and then it dies.”

Every call answered, every form answered within a minute, every finished job asked for a review, and you can see all of it.

The story behind her

Built to understand life behind the front counter

Riley is an AI character, not a person with a hidden biography. We gave her a fictional small-business story so every part of her voice stays grounded in what local owners actually face.

In Riley's character story, her dad ran a little sign-and-print shop in Fort Collins — the kind of place that made banners for the hardware store and menus for the diner down the street. She learned the front counter by answering the phone and calming down stressed customers before a big event.

That fictional frame is rooted in a real problem: good businesses lose customers to missed calls during a rush, unanswered phones after five, and websites that never get found. A dropped call can cost someone who's bet everything on their shop.

It gives Riley a clear purpose: make sure nobody who calls feels lost or brushed off, while staying honest about what she knows and what needs a human follow-up.

What she does

A front desk that never drops the ball

Answers incoming calls

Riley is configured to answer calls and collect the details our team needs to follow up.

Gets the next step moving

Wondering what we can do for you? She'll capture your details so the team can follow up for a quick 30-minute call.

Takes a message

Anything she can't answer, she captures your name, number, and what you need — and the team follows up fast.

Uses approved business information

Riley introduces herself as an AI assistant. She is configured to use our business information and take a message when a question needs the team.

Got a call or a text from us?

Then you are in the right place

Here is exactly who we are, what our messages look like, and how to make them stop. No hunting required.

Our texts come from

(833) 985-2514

One number for every text we send. If a text says it is us and comes from somewhere else, it is not us.

Riley calls from

(970) 232-1736

You can call it back and talk to her yourself. That is the whole demo.

What our messages actually say

If you booked time with us, you get one confirmation. It reads like this:

Local Business Factory: You're set for Thursday, 9:00 AM. View or change it anytime: [link]
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

If you are a business owner we work for, you get a note when something happens on your site. Those read like this:

New request: Dana just asked about gutter cleaning. Worth catching them while it is fresh. [link] Reply STOP to opt out.

Riley is an AI, and she will tell you so if you ask her. She is not allowed to claim to be a person. That rule is written into the software that checks what she says, not left to her judgement.

To stop hearing from us

Reply STOP to any text and the messages end. You do not have to explain, and nothing else happens. If you would rather talk to a person about it, contact us and a human will answer.

The whole demo

Call her. That's it.

The best way to understand what we build is to talk to it. Riley is the same kind of receptionist we can put on your business's phone — answering, capturing the next step, and never letting a call slip.
