The long version

Everything we do for a local business,
in one place.

No slides, no call required. Every service, its status today, how the pieces fit, and how to start. Read it yourself, or hand this page to your AI and ask what it would mean for your business.

If you own a local business

You’re good at the work. What wears you down is everything around it: the website somebody built years ago, the Google profile nobody updates, the phone that rings while your hands are full, and the agency invoice you can’t explain.

We’re Local Business Factory, in Fort Collins. We build your new website first, free, so you see it before you pay. When you say yes, your business runs on one system: the site, Riley (our AI) answering your phone as your business, every lead on one screen on your phone, and the work that gets you found. We keep it running and show you what it brought in.

Below is all of it. Live means it runs for clients today (that’s 17 things). Rolling out means it’s built and being turned on for clients now. Coming means it’s on the way. We don’t blur those.

A website that looks like you and works like staff

Designed for your business alone, built before you pay, and yours to change in a minute.

  • Live

A site designed for your business

Your trade, your story, your customers. Not a template with your logo swapped in.

Twenty sites on this page, no two alike.

  • Live

    See it before you pay

We build your new site on a private link first. If you don’t love it, it doesn’t go live.

  • Live

    Change it yourself

Hours, prices, specials, words: type the change and it’s on your site in about a minute.

  • Live

    Online booking

Customers pick a time that lands on your calendar, with a confirmation email.

  • Live

    A chat that answers visitors

Questions at 11pm get an answer, even when you’re closed.

  • Live

    It keeps getting better

Every improvement we build for one client reaches your site too.

Riley, on your front desk

Our AI answers as your business, day and night, so the call that comes in while you’re on a job doesn’t die.

  • Live

    Riley answers your phone

She answers as your business, screens the junk, takes the details, and you keep your number.

Over 200 real calls in September on one landscaping company’s main line.

  • Live

    Every call, written down

Who called and what they wanted, on your phone.

  • Rolling out

She books the job on the call

The caller hangs up with a time on your calendar.

  • Rolling out

    Follow-up while they’re still looking

A reply to every form within a minute, and a text that keeps the job from going cold.

  • Rolling out

Every finished job asked for a review

The right ask at the right time, so your happy customers show up on Google.

  • Rolling out

    Riley works for you too

Tell her what to change on your site or ask what came in this week, by typing or by voice.

One screen for all of it

Every lead, call and visitor in one place on your phone, with what needs you at the top.

  • Live

    Today: what needs you

Open your phone and see the calls, leads and bookings waiting on you, nothing else.

  • Live

    Every lead in one place

Forms, calls and bookings in one list, so nothing lives on a sticky note.

  • Live

    What it brought in

Real visitors, calls and leads, counted, never forecast.

Getting found

Google, maps and AI assistants read your business correctly, and you see what’s leaking.

  • Live

A free review of your business

Type your business name and see how you show up, what’s leaking, and what we’d fix first.

  • Live

    Built to be found

Service pages, local business markup and a sitemap, so Google and AI assistants read you right.

  • Rolling out

    Your Google profile, kept sharp

Hours, photos, services and posts kept current where most customers meet you first.

  • Rolling out

Monthly local search work, with a report

What we changed, and what it did, in plain words.

Ads that answer to you

Your ad account, your cap, and a plain answer to what the money bought.

  • Live

    Where your ad money goes

We read your own ad account and show you what the spend bought and what it didn’t.

  • Rolling out

We run your Google and Meta ads

On your account, under your cap, pointed at the jobs you want more of.

  • Rolling out

    Short video ads

Scroll-stopping clips made from your brand, ready for Facebook and Instagram.

A creative studio on call

Photos, posts, print and more, in your brand’s look, without hiring a designer.

  • Live

    Flyers, cards and leave-behinds

Print-ready, in your look, with QR codes that tell you which ones worked.

  • Rolling out

Photos finished in your brand’s look

Your real photos, graded and cropped for the site, your profile and your posts.

  • Rolling out

Social posts laid out for you

On-brand posts ready to publish, and editable in Canva.

  • Rolling out

Merch with your name on it

Shirts, stickers and more, sold from your own site.

  • Coming

    Your story as a book

A coffee-table book of your work, your place and your people.

Plugged into Fort Collins

We run a Fort Collins guide and a local magazine, so your business can show up where neighbors already look.

  • Live

    The Fort List

A free listing on Fort Collins’ local guide, with trades and neighbor vouches.

  • Live

    Ice Cream Magazine

A local magazine, in print and online, where Fort Collins shops can get in front of their neighbors.

Why one team instead of three vendors

Most owners end up with a web designer, an answering service and an ad agency, each with its own login, invoice and version of the truth. When a job comes in, nobody can say which of them earned it.

  • One system, one screen. Your site’s leads and Riley’s calls land in one place on your phone, kept by one team that knows the whole picture.
  • Built before you pay. You judge your own new site, not a portfolio and a promise.
  • You own everything. Your domain, your Google profile, your number, your ad account. You own everything; cancel with a text.
  • Measured, never forecast. We don’t promise rankings or a number of leads. We show you what came in.
  • Local. We’re in Fort Collins, and we run a local guide and a local magazine here.

Three ways to start

Pick the one that sounds like your week. We tell you the price on the first call. Month to month.

  • Open for Business. For a shop with an old site, or none. “People can’t find me, or find me and nothing happens.” We build your new site first, so you see your own before-and-after.
  • Never Miss a Customer. For when the phone rings while you’re on a job. “It comes in and then it dies.” Call our line. Riley, an AI, answers it the way she’d answer yours.
  • Found and Full. For a business already paying an agency. “I pay them every month and I don’t know what I get.” We read your own ad account and show you where the money goes.

How you get on

  2. We build your new site first. On a private link, before you pay anything. You see your own before and after.
  3. Meet us and say yes. We meet in person and tell you the price there. Month to month, and you own everything.
  4. You’re up and running. Your site goes live on your domain, Riley picks up your calls, and every lead lands on your phone. We show you what it brought in.

The work

20 sites, each marked for what it is: live on its domain, launching, a client preview, or a concept we built to pitch.

Questions owners ask

What exactly am I buying?
One of three, depending on what’s getting in the way: Open for Business, Never Miss a Customer or Found and Full. Your proposal names what we build, what we manage, and what your team handles.
What does it cost?
We tell you the price on the first call. Month to month. Setup and the monthly are stated separately before any work starts. Advertising spend is paid on your own account, and phone usage and custom integrations are named in your proposal.
Do I have to replace my website or software?
We start by looking at what works. A good website, calendar, payment system, or existing provider can stay. We agree the connections and responsibilities before changing anything.
Who runs it after launch?
We maintain and support the setup in your agreement. You keep ownership of your business accounts and data, and your team stays involved in the decisions and customer conversations that need you.
Who picks up when I call?
Riley, our AI business advisor, answers day and night. Bring her a question about getting customers, following up, or taking routine work off your plate. She can help you think it through, and if you want our team’s help, she passes the request along.
Do you promise rankings or a number of leads?
No. Nobody honest can. We promise the work: the site, the answering, the follow-up, the profile and the ads we agree on. Then we measure what it brought in and show you.
Is this only for Fort Collins businesses?
We’re based in Fort Collins and most of our clients are in Northern Colorado, but we build for businesses anywhere. There’s a lakefront bar in Wisconsin on this page.
