Straight answers

1099 contractor. Your hours, your area, your method. No base, no benefits.
The program is new. You would be among the first, and there is no rep income history to show you.
You are paid on money the client actually pays us. It stops if they cancel.
Phone appointment-setting is a separate paid employee-track program at /sale/caller. It is not part of this 1099 field agreement.
You quote from the rate card we give you, never a number you invent. That protects your residual too.
