Founding caller pilot · paid part time

Turn good conversations into booked meetings.

Call researched local contractors, listen for a real problem, and book an in-person conversation with the founder. You never quote or close on the phone.

The call rail

  1. 01

    Listen

Find out how the business handles missed work or follow-up.

  2. 02

    Qualify

Confirm the right person and a problem they describe themselves.

  3. 03

    Book

Set a clear, dated in-person visit. No phone close.

  4. 04

    Log

Record the result so the next call starts smarter.

$18/hour base

Or the higher local minimum. Every pilot hour is paid.

$25 bonus

For each held, qualified meeting.

No pressure close

The founder handles the sale in person.

A small honest start

Prove it beside your current job.

This is a new program. There is no caller income history, and nobody should leave a steady job for an unproven promise. The first step is a paid pilot of 5–15 hours a week in mutually agreed calling windows.

We will ask what you earn now, what benefits matter, and what number would eventually make a move sensible. That becomes a planning target—not a recruiting claim.

What we provide

  • researched contractor list
  • one source-backed observation per business
  • approved conversation guide and claim set
  • call workspace and scheduling
  • paid coaching and call review

No unpaid trial. No buying a lead list. No using your current employer’s time, equipment, customer information, or relationships.

Low pressure by design

A good call can end with “not interested.”

The job is to learn, qualify, and book—not corner somebody. A respectful no is logged and honored. A do-not-call request ends contact.

Manual, approved calls

Only researched businesses and approved business-number routes enter the pilot.

One true reason

Open with a source-backed observation, not a fake referral or invented result.

The system says no

Suppression checks and phone-close refusals are enforced before activity scales.

A path, not a promise

Start on the phone. Earn the next responsibility.

Some people want a reliable part-time setting role. Others want to learn closing and eventually lead a team. We will not promise a title before the work exists.

  1. Step 1

    paid founding pilot

  2. Step 2

    repeatable appointment setter

  3. Step 3

closer candidate after sourced meetings produce clean founder closes

  4. Step 4

team-lead candidate only after there is a measured playbook and another caller to coach

The independent full-cycle seller program has recurring commissions. Moving into that plan requires a separate written agreement and evidence that you can responsibly own the full sale; the caller role does not automatically receive or promise residuals.

Founding caller application

Let’s see whether the pilot fits your life.

Phone-sales, collections, customer-service, and appointment-setting experience can all translate. Calm listening and clean follow-through matter more than a hard-close personality.

English is enough; add others if useful

Your preferred morning, lunch, afternoon, or evening blocks—and hours per week

Inbound, outbound, collections, customer service, appointment setting, or another role. What did you like and dislike?

Optional. You can mention the income, flexibility, benefits, or growth you would eventually need before changing jobs.

Applying is not a job offer. Pay, hours, employment terms, and any future incentive plan are binding only when they are in a written offer you accept.
